Akcionarsko društvo za železnički prevoz robe „Srbija Kargo“, Beograd objavljuje javni poziv svim domaćim i inostranim remontnim radionicama koje su zainteresovane za učešće na sastanku povodom redovne opravke, kompletiranja i unapređenja oko 1250 teretnih kola serija Eanoss, Sgnss i Eas. Svrha sastanka: Cilj sastanka je sprovođenje temeljnog i pouzdanog istraživanja tržišta, te stimulisanje učešća potencijalno kvalifikovanih kompanija iz predmetne oblasti. Želimo istaći našu nameru da predstojeći tender za pružanje usluga redovne opravke, kompletiranja i unapređenja teretnih kola učinimo pristupačnim za sve remontere koji su kvalifikovani i poseduju materijalno-tehničke kapacitete za pružanje takvih usluga u traženom obimu. U skladu sa standardima Evropske banke za obnovu i razvoj (EBRD), izvršićemo analizu postavljanja određenih kvalifikacionih kriterijuma koje ponuđači treba da ispune, kao i razmotriti i identifikovati nivo uslova tendera koji će stimulisati učešće kompanija na tenderu. Želimo postići transparentnost i otvorenost u ovom procesu, uz diskusiju i povratne informacije sa vaše strane, kako bismo osigurali da određeni kriterijumi značajno ne ograničavaju ili diskriminišu kompanije koje su sposobne i kvalifikovane za učešće. Ovim putem, osim što afirmišemo industriju remontnih usluga, takođe stvaramo pretpostavke za razvoj regionalne i internacionalne saradnje u ovoj oblasti.

Detalji sastanka: Sastanak će se održati u poslovnoj zgradi „Srbija Kargo“ a.d, ulica Nemanjina broj 6, I sprat, kancelarija broj 310, u sredu, 29. maja 2024. godine, sa početkom u 12.00 časova.

Purpose of the meeting: The purpose of this meeting is implementation of thorough and reliable market research, stimulation of participation of potentially qualified companies from the field in question. We would like to point out our intention to make the forthcoming tender for provision of services of regular repair, completing and improvement of freight wagons accessible to all overhaulers which are qualified and possess material and technical capacities for provision of such services in requested volume. In accordance with the standards of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), we will make an analysis in respect of setting certain qualification criteria which tenderers will have to fulfill, and also consider and identify the level of tender conditions which will stimulate participation of companies at the tender. We want to achieve transparency and openness in this process with discussions and feedback from you, in order to make sure that certain criteria do not significantly limit or discriminate companies which are capable and qualified for participation. In this manner, not only we affirm the industry of overhaul services, but we also create assumptions for development of regional and international cooperation in this field.
